1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Stair Lifts San Francisco ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Stair Lifts San Francisco provides stair lift consultation, sales, installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential properties in California and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material cost changes beyond our control.
4. Installation
- Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing lead times, weather conditions, or supply chain delays.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation site.
- Any modifications to the home required for installation are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Stair Lifts San Francisco is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to structural deficiencies, code violations, or damage discovered during installation.
5. Warranty
- New stair lifts carry the manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which vary by product.
- Stair Lifts San Francisco provides a 1-year labor warranty on installation, commencing from the date of installation.
- Reconditioned stair lifts carry a 6-month parts and labor warranty.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of installation unless a financing arrangement has been agreed upon prior to installation.
- We accept check, credit card, and financing through approved partners.
- Financing is subject to credit approval and terms provided by the financing partner.
7. Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 3 business days of the signed agreement without penalty.
- Cancellations after 3 business days but before installation may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
- Custom-manufactured products (e.g., curved stair lifts) cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stair Lifts San Francisco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stair Lifts San Francisco and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
